Please note that we do not ship on weekends or on Australian public holidays. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to local or international public holidays or any general shipping delays. We aim to do everything within our control to dispatch your order from our warehouse within 24 - 48 hours. The shipping times mentioned above are approximate time frames and cannot be guaranteed.
International Duties, Taxes and Fees
International customers are responsible / liable for paying any duties and taxes / any other fees (if incurred) outlined by the customs authorities in the receiver’s destination country. Our products prices are not inclusive of international duties / taxes and fees. Custom Gifts 'R' Us is NOT responsible for any taxes / duties or fees you need to pay under the regulations of the destination country. It is solely the customers responsibility to pay any inbound duties / taxes and fees due when their shipment arrives. Failure to do so will mean you will not get your shipment delivered and Custom Gifts 'R' Us will not be held responsible for a refund / gift card / exchange or any return fees.
 Wrong Address
Custom Gifts 'R' Us is not responsible for addresses that are entered incorrectly. Please check your address carefully before submitting your order. You will be subject to a fee if you need to change your address if your order already has a tracking number. Custom Gifts 'R' Us is not responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
 Do You Ship To PO Boxes?
Yes, we ship to PO BOXES.
Please note, there are some countries in the Middle East (Oman, Qatar, Saudia Arabia and United Arab Emirates) that accept shipments labelled with a PO Box address only. Shipments for these destinations will be returned to shipper if no PO box is displayed in the address and Custom Gifts 'R' Us will not be responsible for a refund if you fail to provide a suitable PO address for these countries.

 Countries Under Embargo
The following countries are currently under UN Embargo therefore no shipments can be sent to these destinations. Shipments for these destinations will be returned to shipper:
Crimea (Ukraine postcodes beginning with 95-99 and Russia postcodes beginning with 295-299), Cuba, Guatemala (temporary suspension), Iran, North Korea, Sudan (North) and Syria.
